Megan T. Fitzpatrick

Megan T. Fitzpatrick is the owner and President of Fitzpatrick & Fitzpatrick, P.A. Ms. Fitzpatrick's area's of practice include family law, estate planning, wills and trusts, and probate and business law. She also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem. Ms. Fitzpatrick has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Major in Marketing from Villanova University. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 2010 from Barry University.

Ms. Fitzpatrick is a past President of the Citrus Bar Association. She completed the Florida Leadership Academy Fellows Program in 2014 and is a member of the Citrus-Hernando Inn of Court. She has also been active in the Pope John Paul II Catholic School Salvation Foundation, The Richard "Spike" Fitzpatrick Foundation, Relay for Life, Citrus County United Basket, and Citrus County Blessings.

 

Charles B. Fitzpatrick (1923-1986)

Charles B. Fitzpatrick founded Fitzpatrick & Fitzpatrick, PA in 1950. He practiced law in Citrus County until his death in 1986. Charles was an active and beloved member of the Citrus County community. Each year the Citrus County Chamber of Commerce presents an award in his honor recognizing a lifetime of service to the Citrus County Community.


Richard “Spike” Fitzpatrick (1948-2006)

Richard “Spike” Fitzpatrick received his law degree from the University of Florida, graduating first in his class. He began practicing law in Citrus County with his father, Charles in 1976, and continued practicing until his death in 2006. Spike served as the attorney for the Citrus County School board for over 28 years and was extremely active in the community. He served on the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce, the Citrus County Fair Board, and several other community organizations. 


R. Shawn Fitzpatrick (1981-2012)

R. Shawn Fitzpatrick received in his law degree from Stetson University and began practicing law in Citrus County in 2007. Shawn not only carried on the family tradition of practicing law, but also the tradition of serving his community. Shawn was a member of the Citrus Memorial Advisory Board, the Citrus County Fair Association, Hospice of Citrus County Board, and the Citrus County Bar Association.
